The club was founded in 1977, at which time the Charter was created. It is a legal Mexican document, so it must be in Spanish. This is an English translation. The purpose of the charter is to inform the Mexican Government about our Club. The Charter is rarely changed. It takes a two-thirds majority of the members present at an Annual Meeting to change the charter, then the change must be translated into Spanish.
